Something worked!

When I had problems with sprint I lost my patience with them after a few days. My aggravation and frustration would build and then be directed at the next person I was shuffled off to.

With my Blackberry my frustration level although High wasn't off the charts because I have learned through providing customer service myself that you must remain calm, cool and collected if you want someone to help you. Yes I was passed around like a plate of inedible stinky cheese and no one seemed to be able to fix the problem but FINALLY I got to this woman who said she was the last in the line of people I would get and she was rightl. Although my phone didn't get fixed yesterday like she said she did in fact call me today and ask me if it was working and I said "nope not yet" and she said she would see to it personally, that was about an hour ago and low and behold my phone is working! I'm so glad I was so nice to her instead of being curt, I even joked with her a little while she was trying to help me yesterday and now look. I don't have to buy a new phone at all. I can keep my beloved blackberry and keep a few hundred in my wallet at the same time! AND if I have any more issues I can go to her! What a relief! Patience, politeness under extreme stress pays off once again!
